Brendon Greenaway

Brendon is a local boy, born and raised in the beautiful Illawarra. He attended The Oztrain Catering
School before joining the Culinarius kitchen team in 2014. Working under Head Chef John Cook,
Brendon has honed his cooking skills even further and become an integral member of the Culinarius
family. He prides himself on consistently creating high quality food and collaborating closely with
management to deliver excellence for our clients. Brendon says he struggles to choose his favourite
item on our extensive menu but, if pushed, he confesses that he can’t resist the Peking Duck

Although he loves cooking, at home his wife has control of the kitchen which leaves him to chase his
two young kids around the house! Brendon loves spending time with his family when he’s not at
work. Together, they watch family films, the footie or playing board games.
