Max is our fantastic third year apprentice! From the get-go, he has shown great enthusiasm, a genuine passion for food, and a strong desire to learn the craft of professional cooking.

Even in these early stages, Max has shown a great work ethic, a willingness to get stuck in, and a real spark of talent. With the support of our experienced team, we’re looking forward to watching him grow and develop over the coming months and years.
