Max Frost

Max is our fantastic third year apprentice! From the get-go, he has shown great enthusiasm, towards learning the craft of professional cooking.

Even in these early stages, Max has shown a great work ethic, and a real spark of talent. With the support his mentor, Head Chef Brendan Green, we’re looking forward to watching him grow and develop over the coming months and years.

We’re proud to support the next generation of chefs, and we’re thrilled to have Max on this journey with us.
