Noel Marie Brasset

Noel-Marie was born in the beautiful city of Vancouver Canada, to a foodie family. She is passionate about great food and wine, of course, but above all – delivering outstanding customer service! Noel-Marie has recently returned to Australia after a stint in the UK where she worked with some of the UK’s most celebrated chefs and top service industry professionals. She brings over 25 years of hospitality management experience to Culinarius. Noel-Marie’s role is to ensure that every detail of your event is taken care of and that your experience with Culinarius will exceed your expectations.

When Noel-Marie isn’t looking after you and your guests, you will find her cooking up a storm for friends and loved ones or enjoying a bit of art and culture in Wollongong and Sydney.
