Paulo Morand

Paulo was born and raised in the wonderfully eclectic city of Rio de Janeiro. He graduated from the internationally renowned Senac Hotel and Catering School in Sao Paulo when his love for the fine art of hospitality excellence began.

Paulo first came to Australia in 2001 on a surfing holiday with friends to improve his english. 20 years later and Paulo now happily calls Australia home. He says that he absolutely loves the laid-back Aussie lifestyle and is proud that the country has become a world leader in the food and drink industry. He has continued to develop his skills while working in a variety of restaurant and cocktail bars over the last 20 years before joining the management team at Culinarius Catering. Paulo prides himself on providing professional, personal service with warmth and flare.

On his time off, Paulo enjoys travelling the world and exploring exciting cuisines with his wife Rebecca and son Rio. However, he prefers spending time at home with family, surfing the South Coast of New South Wales or serving up delicious cocktails for friends.
